I'm Jen - a multi-disciplinary designer located in Austin, TX with a diverse skillset including UX/UI Design, Interaction and Visual Design, and User Research. I believe in empathy-based design and always asking "why".

I got into UX sort of by accident (as many of us do) when I applied for a Marketing Design role at a software company. The role was filled but they offered me a Junior UX position instead.
I am passionate about the details - they can make or break a project.
When I'm not designing, I am cooking or baking, wrangling my three cats or doing DIY projects around my home. I also love traveling near and far.
